The CBC Leadership Experience is a unique opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest growing churches in one of the world's greatest cities, San Antonio, Texas. Here at CBC, we believe that this generation of young people could be the generation to complete the work of the Great Commission. We are looking for young leaders who desire to leave a lasting impact on the world and affect the kingdom of God for eternity.
The Leadership Experience at Community Bible Church is not your typical internship. It is an intensive year of growth and learning, saturated with hands-on ministry opportunities and leadership teaching moments from those who have trained at the highest level.
We want to come alongside young men and young women to develop them and train them to be the leaders that God has called them to be and then we want to launch them into the world equipped to change it, to become culture-shifters who make the name of Jesus famous and who make disciples who do to the same wherever they end up in life.

Internship Positions
- Student Ministry (6th-12th grade)
- College+ (18-26 years old)
What CBC Provides
- Pay $1200/month
- Housing 5 bedroom home shared with additional residents.
- International Mission Trip Church will provide a one week international mission trip for all year round residents.
- Transportation Stipend $750 to help with the transition to/from San Antonio.
Beneficial Experience
- Learn how to make world-impacting disciples.
- Contribute in planting churches and reaching people across San Antonio.
- Develop as a leader through intensive, impactful, experiential training.
- Be discipled under dedicated ministry pastors.
- Gain ministry experience in planning and leading out with camps, retreats, and mission trips.
